MPower365 Project Document Management System (PDMS)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using MPower365 Project Document Management System (“MPower365 PDMS”, “the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.
2. Description of the Service
MPower365 PDMS is a project document management solution built on Microsoft 365 that enables organizations to manage project-related documents, workflows, and transmittals within their own Microsoft 365 tenant.
3. Installation and Configuration
Installing the MPower365 PDMS package provides access only to an initial welcome and contact screen. Full functionality is enabled after manual configuration and setup by the MPower365 support team within the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant, performed with customer approval.
4. Use of Microsoft 365 Services
MPower365 PDMS operates within Microsoft 365 and relies on services such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Outlook, and related Microsoft platforms. Your use of those services remains subject to Microsoft’s own terms and policies.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Authorizing users and managing access permissions
• Ensuring use of the Application complies with applicable laws and organizational policies
• Safeguarding credentials and access mechanisms
6. Data Ownership and Privacy
All documents and data managed through MPower365 PDMS remain the property of the customer and are stored within the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant.

7. Security and Access Control
The Application enforces authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID and SharePoint permission models. All actions performed by the Application respect the access rights of the signed-in user or administrator.
8. External Access and Transmittals
Where external access is enabled, it is limited, controlled, and time-bound. External users can access only explicitly shared resources through secure mechanisms defined by the customer.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Application, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Application or Microsoft 365 services.
10. Changes and Availability
MPower365 may update or modify the Application to improve functionality, security, or compliance. Availability may depend on Microsoft 365 service continuity.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, MPower365 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
12. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if required for security or compliance reasons.
